These terms apply to your use of USJobs Warehouse at warehouse.usjobs.in.net (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What USJobs Warehouse is

USJobs Warehouse is a free, independent job search website. We show job openings collected from publicly available sources and link you to the websites where you can apply.

We are not an employer, a staffing agency or a recruiter. We have no partnership, agency or business relationship with the employers, job boards or other websites that listings link to. Using the site doesn’t create any employment, agency or partnership relationship between you and us.

2. Who can use the site

You can use USJobs Warehouse if you are old enough to work where you live, and you can legally agree to these terms.

USJobs Warehouse has no user accounts, membership or registration. Nobody can sign up, log in or create a profile on the site, and we will never ask you to. If a page or message claims you need a USJobs Warehouse account, it isn’t from us.

3. Job listings and third-party sites

• Listings are collected from publicly available sources. We try to keep them accurate, but we can’t promise that every detail is correct, complete or still available.
• Pay, hours, benefits and requirements may be estimates or summaries. The employer’s own information is what counts.
• When you click apply or another external link, you leave USJobs Warehouse. The site you go to may show you the original job or other openings near you, and it has its own terms and privacy policy. We have no relationship with those sites, we don’t control them and we aren’t responsible for them.
• Any application, interview, offer or job is strictly between you and the employer.

4. Using the site fairly

When you use USJobs Warehouse, please don’t:

• break any law or anyone else’s rights;
• scrape, copy or harvest listings or other content with automated tools, unless we’ve agreed to it in writing;
• try to get into parts of the site or our systems you’re not allowed to access, or interfere with how the site works;
• upload or send viruses, malware or anything harmful;
• send spam, advertising or misleading messages through our contact form;
• pretend to be someone else, or pretend to be connected with USJobs Warehouse or an employer when you aren’t.

We may block access to anyone who misuses the site.

5. Our content

The site’s design, logo, text and the way listings are organized belong to USJobs Warehouse or are used with permission. You’re welcome to view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

Employer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing them on USJobs Warehouse doesn’t mean that company endorses us or that we’re affiliated with it.

6. Messages you send us

If you contact us, you agree that we can use what you send to reply to you and to improve the site. Please don’t send CVs, ID documents or other sensitive information. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranties

USJobs Warehouse is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t make any promises about the site, including that it will always be available, error-free or secure, that listings will be accurate, or that using the site will get you a job.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, USJobs Warehouse and the people who run it won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of income, opportunity or data, that comes from using the site, relying on a listing, or dealing with an employer or third-party website. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new terms.

10. General

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.
