Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what information USJobs Warehouse collects when you use warehouse.usjobs.in.net (the “site”), why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We’ve tried to keep it readable. If anything is unclear, use our contact form.

Who we are

USJobs Warehouse (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent job search website. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

The short version

  • USJobs Warehouse has no user accounts, membership or registration. You can use the whole site without telling us who you are.
  • We don’t take job applications, CVs or payments. When you apply for a job, you do it on another website, under that website’s own privacy policy.
  • We don’t sell, rent or share your personal information, and we don’t run advertising or analytics trackers on the site.
  • We never store your full IP address on the site. It’s shortened the moment it arrives.
  • We have no partnerships with employers, job boards or other websites, and we don’t pass your information to them.
  • If you contact us, we keep your message so we can answer it.

Information we collect

When you browse the site

Like almost every website, our servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit a page: your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you requested, the page you came from, and the date and time. We use these server logs to keep the site running, troubleshoot errors and protect it against abuse such as scraping or attacks. These logs are the only place your full IP address is kept, and they are deleted automatically within two weeks.

When you click an apply button or another link that takes you to a different website, we record the click (the time, the link, your browser and a shortened version of your IP address) so we can count how often links are used and spot abuse. We don’t use this to build profiles of visitors. If someone tries to sign in to our admin area, failed attempts are recorded the same way so we can block password-guessing attacks.

Everywhere on the site, IP addresses are shortened the moment they arrive, before anything is saved. For example, 203.0.113.45 becomes 203.0.113.0. The shortened address shows roughly which network or region a visit came from, but it doesn’t point to you or your device, and the full address can’t be recovered from it.

When you contact us

If you use our contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, the subject you choose and whatever you write in your message. Along with your message we store your browser information, a shortened version of your IP address and the time you sent it, which helps us block spam and abuse.

Please don’t include sensitive information such as your Social Security number, ID documents, health information or your CV in a message. We don’t need it, and we’ll delete it if you send it.

What we don’t collect

Because there are no accounts on USJobs Warehouse, we don’t have usernames, passwords, profiles, saved searches or application histories. We don’t collect payment details, and we don’t ask for your CV.

Cookies and similar technologies

We keep cookies to a minimum. The site stores a small cookie to remember your cookie preferences, and the contact form may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage to work properly. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.

How we use your information

  • To show you the site and its job listings.
  • To answer your questions and handle your requests.
  • To fix problems with listings, links and the site itself.
  • To keep the site secure, detect spam and prevent misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

If privacy laws that use legal bases apply to you (for example in the EU or UK), we rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the site, on your request when we respond to a message, and on legal obligations where they apply.

When you leave USJobs Warehouse

Job listings link to other websites. When you click an apply button or any other external link, you leave our site. We have no relationship with those websites and we don’t send them your personal information. The site you land on decides what it collects and how it uses it, so please read its privacy policy before you submit anything. We aren’t responsible for how other websites handle your information.

Technical services

A few technical providers are involved in delivering the site. They are not partners of ours, and we don’t give them your contact messages or any other personal information. Your browser connects to them directly when a page loads:

  • Hosting. The site runs on rented servers.
  • jsDelivr. Delivers the files for the cookie banner and the spam check on our contact form. Your browser sends your IP address to jsDelivr when it loads them.
  • BootstrapCDN. Delivers some of the style and icon files the site uses. Your browser sends your IP address to the CDN when it loads them.
  • Google Fonts. Some fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • YouTube. Many job listings include a company video embedded from YouTube. We load these in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, but if you press play, YouTube (Google) may collect information about you under its own policy.

We don’t share your personal information with anyone unless the law requires it, or we need to protect our rights, our visitors or the public.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and are normally deleted within 12 months. Click records, failed sign-in records and other security and spam-prevention records are kept for no longer than 12 months and then deleted. Server logs are deleted automatically within two weeks.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that’s wrong;
  • delete your information;
  • restrict or object to how we use it.

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing you need to opt out of.

To make a request, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm it’s really you before acting on it, and we’ll reply within the time the law requires. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted admin access and spam protection. No system is perfectly secure, though, so we can’t promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Children

USJobs Warehouse is meant for people who are old enough to work. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

International visitors

Our team and technical providers may be located in different countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll make that clear on the site.
